I like The White House because of my friends and all of the different teachers we have for lessons. I love going on fixtures and tournaments and all of the fun activities we do at break. We also have 'Mix Up Mondays" when we get to sit with children from other year groups during lunch. On Thursday we have a subject called 'Choice' where you get to choose your favourite subject.”

I enjoy being a pupil at the White House because the teachers are really supportive and are helping me to prepare for my 11+. I can feel myself improving all the time. In my 8 years at school, I have made countless happy memories during after-school clubs like senior choir, chess and debate. The residential school trips, such as Kingswood and Bushcraft are really exciting too. Our break times are always fun, whether we are playing football, foursquare or exploring the Sensory Garden. I was recently made Head Boy and it is an honour. Cheers to 40 years of the White House Prep School!”

I have been at the White House for 9 years, having joined in nursery and I really like it here. There are lots of fun after school clubs such as: gymnastics, sports club, choir and so many more! I do Logic Puzzle club on Monday, Gymnastics on Tuesday, 11+ club on Wednesday (when 11+ is finished I will do debate club) and I go to Choir club on Thursday. Friday is my favourite day of the week because we run a little stall where all the money gets donated to charity. All the teachers and are really kind and very friendly. If you’re a new student you will definitely feel welcomed.”

The White House is fun because we get to visit lots of interesting places on school trips such as: Hampton Court Palace, Bushcraft and Kingswood! Everyone at The White House is so friendly, kind and supportive - I have made lots of long lasting friends. One of my favourite days of the year is Sports Day where we get to do athletics events like javelin, hurdles and 100m sprints. I like the White House because it is a good place to learn and it opened me up to many things. I am in Year Six now and I have been at the school from the very beginning. I joined the nursery when I was one and have been through all the years with my fellow classmates. My Year Six teachers have taught me so much and have helped me through my 11+ I also like sports and enjoy competing in many fixtures.”
Nico, Year 6 pupil
White House Prep's enterprise programme isn't just about theoretical learning; it's about fostering a mindset of creativity, innovation, proactive problem-solving and data-informed decision making. It equips the students with tangible skills they can carry far beyond the classroom. I had the pleasure of leading the year 5s and 6s in a product development workshop – Witnessing their ability to enthusiastically and rapidly iterate on imaginative ideas and present thoughtful solutions was genuinely impressive

The Enterprise initiative by the school is a fantastic addition to an already brilliant curriculum. The children are gaining great exposure to many aspects of setting up and running a business. I really enjoyed running a session with them on sales and marketing, where we explored branding, logos, marketing and how to think about selling. The students were bright, engaged and full of enthusiasm and curiosity throughout. Well done again to The White House for putting this on and giving the children such valuable exposure into an important topic.
